Cory Fisher is a nonprofit leader with extensive experience building and scaling community-based organizations that serve vulnerable populations. Throughout his career, he has helped develop multi-county service networks, oversee multi-million-dollar operations, and design programs that provide housing support, workforce development, transportation access, and peer-led recovery services. Cory’s leadership focuses on building sustainable systems, strong teams, and mission-driven programs that expand opportunity and strengthen communities.

Cory co-founded The Guild Initiative because he believes underserved youth deserve spaces where they can learn, grow, and build confidence in supportive communities. Drawing from years of experience working with people navigating difficult circumstances, he is passionate about creating programs that combine mentorship, education, and creativity to help young people discover their potential.

 

Outside of his nonprofit work, Cory is an avid tabletop role-playing game enthusiast who has spent years crafting immersive worlds and stories.
